About Me

  1. Dear community, today, we think that it’s necessary to take the time and take a step back to write about the latest development in the X-Cash ecosystem. We would like to preface this article by addressing some concerns that arose from recent discussions within the community. Some members of the community have pointed out that it seems that most of X-Cash development is focused on DPOPS at the moment, and because it’s taking longer than planned it feels like the rest of the project is at a stop. While this is true to some extent, we are moving forward in the background on several other proje

    TRTL v2

Have a seat, pour a cup of whatever drink you celebrate with, and think about where you left those old TRTL wallet keys. Whether you like what we say next or not, you’re going to need them, soon.. My friends, it is time for us to say goodbye. Today we hit block 3,000,000. We upgraded our network and our proof of work algorithm for the last time. By block 4,000,000 or in about 1 year from today, the TurtleCoin network as we know it will begin on a path of its own destruction. A short time after block 5 million, the chain will be dead, and completely gone, unable to produce more blocks. Don’t
  3. Wew it sure has been a while since the last update hasn’t it? https://medium.com/media/de2e4acb3686a4ac0034ad9c725393f6/hrefBig Karai updates in this issue :) Developer Updates TurtleCoin 1.0 Is Ready! As some of you who follow the dev pipeline may already know, we nerds on the TRTL core team have been busily working on bringing TurtleCoin into being a legitimate version 1.0.0 product. We are so excited to say that this goal has been a success! To those of you outside of programming circles, what this means is that over time, through many planned efforts, we have rewritten and improved enou
  4. Dear community, In a context where we are getting closer to DPOPS and with growing interests for X-Cash, we are announcing that X-Network, the primary contributor of X-Cash development, will perform a buy-back of 823,298,491 XCASH in a 3 months period starting Wednesday, September 16th, 2020. The coins will be bought directly on the current exchanges where X-Cash is listed. These coins will be added back to X-Network’s inventory, currently standing at 9,176,701,509.156 XCASH (verifiable using the reserve proof on the segregated funds’ tracker). These funds will be locked under a new reserve

In turn we can make our product even better. * Lethean community activity increased by over 15% in the last couple of weeks. * Growing team contributors. A very
  6. DPOPS Beta Update — Phase 2 Dear Community, It is with great excitement that we are sharing with you this update about the DPOPS Beta progress. During the last year, we have developed an innovative consensus protocol called Delegated-Proof-of-Private-Stake. This protocol is the first DPOS that allows the use of private stakes for staking. While we coded most of the features from scratch, we have chosen to rely on Monero’s core technology for the obfuscation of the transactions. In this article, we are providing you with an update on what has been developed and fixed since the start of the B
  7. Dear Lethean Community, It is with much anticipation and excitement I reach out to you. Over the past few quiet months the Lethean project has been evolving and re-forming a new, eager, motivated, and capable bunch of members. It has been at least 6 months since any real life has echoed from the Lethean project via any form of communication at a mass scale. I’d like to proudly acknowledge that the Lethean project is moving forward. As we re-group and re-establish capabilities, we’d like to let the public know firstly, the Lethean VPN/Proxy capabilities are up and running right now and ready

  11. This week we protested peacefully against the lives wasted coding in lesser languages that don’t rhyme with poo-basic and argued for a solid hour about the color of a single dot on a page nobody reads. Find out who was wrong about the color of that dot in this week's issue of the Pulitzer Prize winning scholarly publication The TurtleCoin Weekly Roundup Article, July 7, 2020 Edition. 12. Delegated Proof of Private Stake — Beta general information and schedule The DPOPS (standing for Delegated-Proof-of-Private Stake) is a brand new and unique Delegate-Proof-of-Stake consensus integrated into X-Cash, an open-source fork of Monero which has since the beginning of the project brought new innovation to the privacy coin space (notably FlexPrivacy, public & private transactions on the same blockchain, from the same wallet). The alpha phase of the DPOPS is officially over! 🎉 After nearly a year of development, planning, and testing, we are glad to finally enter the beta phase o

  14. Why? Because it’s fun to do bad things. For those of you who paid attention during the last roundup, we mentioned that some discussions were happening at the old sandwich cart about a few potential changes around the chat. Turns out we were discussing whether or not the time was right to give a shot at letting market talkers have their own channel in the server. If you go to the chat right now, there is a room called turtle-traders. If you are surprised, so are we. Keep reading though.. In the beginning… When the TRTL discord first launched, it was during crypto December and what seemed like

  16. DPOPS alpha report — Retrospective, enhancements, and future Dear Community, Today, we would like to take the time to present you a report on the DPOPS alpha test phase and give you an overview of the tremendous progress that has been made. We will go in-depth into the changes, improvements, and enhancements of the consensus, as well as reminding some of the aspects of this next update. We will also start talking about the organization of the beta, which will begin in the following weeks as the alpha phase is in its final stage. What is DPoPS? Lethean Moving Forward

Community, The leadership team has had a few conversations about how we, as a team, move forward from where we currently stand today. Our decision, which was difficult to make, has been to depart from Lethean. While we are extremely heavy-hearted about this decision, we also know that it is best for the project. Even with the team as we currently know it is departing, our goal is to ensure that Lethean, the project that we have worked so very hard on these past few years, continues even in our absence. With that in mind, we have decided to make the project community-owned and operated. As a
  18. We would like to begin this update with a thank you to all of our followers that have allowed us to take some time to spend with our friends and family over the holidays. We appreciate your understanding and your continued support. Development updates As of the time writing this, nothing substantial has been accomplished over the past few months with regard to the continued development. In our previous survey, we gathered information on others that may be willing to assist us in the development of the project, and we will be reaching out to them in the coming month to gather additional detail
  19. In the past week, Lethean was contacted via Telegram by a gentleman named Chris Keren. Chris Keren requested a phone call with the founder(s) or leadership to discuss investing in Lethean. Great! Mr. Keren wanted to hear about Lethean — what is its mission, how does it work, and where is the project going. We filled him in on all of this information and sent him our investment pitch deck. We also informed him that any ‘investment’ in Lethean would need to be funnelled properly through our non-profit company via standard bank wire (this detail is important). We learned a little bit about Mr.
  20. Welcome, all to December. With the year coming to a close and the holidays right around the corner, we expect a moderate slow in development and a lighter workload overall for this upcoming month. That being said, we want to give you all some insight into what has occurred in the past month, and what our plans are for December. Payment Gateway While we anticipated the payment gateway project finalization by this update, we are still working with CoinGate on our business account setup. Over the past two months, we have been working closely with CoinGate to finalize our application. The reason
  21. Payment Gateway We mentioned in our last update that we were working on a payment gateway that would allow users to purchase Lethean directly from our website. We are still in the process of finalizing this implementation. We had a minor setback with the gateway that we were using to make this option available for our users, but as of the time writing this, we are well on our way to finalize everything. Once finished, the website will allow users to make purchases for days, weeks, and months of VPN use with Lethean. You can see an updated draft of the website look below Recent video appearanc
  22. Development updates Easy VPN development notes During September, our development team has worked on the Easy VPN. We had a few minor setbacks that have caused the development of the Easy VPN. During the process of integrating the Easy VPN into the wallet. Our development team has informed us that we should, if all goes well, have the Easy VPN ready for internal testing within the next few weeks. Once we have finalized internal testing, we will release the Easy VPN for use. Celebrating Two Years

Good day to you all! As we begin the month of September, we would like to take some time to look back on the accomplishments that we have had over the past two years. If you are not aware, our bitcoin talk announcement went live on August 15, 2017. At that time, we had the name IntenseCoin. We have had many changes over the past two years, our name included, so we would like to take some time to look at the changes that we have had, while also giving you the details of what we have done during August. Looking back at our past accomplishments: On August 15, 2017, we made our launch announceme

    Masari Update #11

Authored by SatoriNakamoto and JeuTheidit Masari getting the attention of Trump?! Masari Update #10

Authored by JeuTheIdit and SatoriNakamoto Yes, Masari is alive! Updated wallets, new server, downed exchanges, new website, new twitter account, and the start of community meetings encompass this update. Masari is Alive?! The Crypto Winter was hard on everyone, but with bitcoin around $10,000 we can see the first green candles of Crypto Spring bursting through Ichimoku cloud. The Masari project took the winter particularly hard, partly due to the overall market trend (á la bear scene in The Revenant), and partly due to its own actions. The core team itself became decentralized, while at the
